I can officially admit i dont know what is going on in my own skin...My ticks seem to be getting worse...my once abundant amount of patience is non-existant... I feel like no matter what I do I am not doing it right or its not enough to keep everyone happy... I Just want to be myself and happy... with no paranoia and no issues...


Listening to 3DD and trying to reflect without being spied on or having someone looking over my shoulder
